The company's main aluminum company, Shandong Nanshan Aluminum, has become a global leader in aluminum production. Philanthropy
Song Zuowen has contributed significantly to education through Nanshan Education, establishing Nanshan University, which is recognized by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. He also invested $6.5 million to build the Nanshan Aerial Material Research Institute in Beijing.
