The company's strategic focus on solar panel manufacturing has positioned it as a leader in the rapidly growing renewable energy market in India. The company's listing on the Indian bourses in October 2024 at a 70% premium to its IPO price. They are scaling up its U.S. manufacturing operations in Texas, investing $1.2 billion through 2028.
Philanthropy
Doshi and his brothers plan to donate a 1 percent stake in Waaree Energies, worth over $100 million, to their Waaree Foundation over the next 12 to 18 months, supporting education, healthcare, and community development. The Doshi family is committed to supporting causes like education, health care and community development, and they plan to build schools and hostels across India.
