Massimo Antonio Doris was born in Bassano del Grappa, Italy, on June 9, 1967. He is the son of Ennio Doris, the founder of Banca Mediolanum. Massimo studied at the Istituto Gonzaga in Milan and went on to graduate from the University of Milan with a degree in Political Science, specializing in administration.

Rise to Success

Massimo Doris started his professional journey within the Mediolanum Group in 1996. He gained experience in the financial market, including sales assistant roles at UBS, Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse. Doris returned to Mediolanum in 1999, contributing to the launch of their online trading platform. He became CEO of Banca Mediolanum in 2008, taking over from his father. His career path involved various roles within the company, including Italian Network Manager, responsible for the national network of global consultants at Banca Mediolanum.
