Early Life
Massimo Antonio Doris was born on June 9, 1967, in Bassano del Grappa, Italy. He is the son of Ennio Doris, the founder of Banca Mediolanum. He studied at the Istituto Gonzaga in Milan and earned a degree in Political Science from the University of Milan.
Rise to Success
Doris's professional journey began in 1996 at Mediolanum, where he initially worked in management control and then in the sale of life insurance policies. From 1997 to 1999, he gained experience in the London financial market, working as a sales assistant at UBS, Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse Financial Product. Returning to Italy in 1999, he contributed to launching the online trading platform. He became the Italian Network Manager, responsible for Banca Mediolanum's national network of global consultants. In 2005, he served as CEO and General Manager of Banco de Finanzas e Inversiones in Spain, a subsidiary of Mediolanum. Doris was appointed CEO of Banca Mediolanum in 2008.
