He gained experience in the financial market, including sales assistant roles at UBS, Merrill Lynch, and Credit Suisse. Doris returned to Mediolanum in 1999, contributing to the launch of their online trading platform. He became CEO of Banca Mediolanum in 2008, taking over from his father. His career path involved various roles within the company, including Italian Network Manager, responsible for the national network of global consultants at Banca Mediolanum.
