Annalisa Doris was born in Italy and is the daughter of Ennio Doris, the founder of Banca Mediolanum. She graduated from the University of Milan in 1996 with a degree in political science.

Annalisa Doris began her career at Banca Mediolanum in 1997, initially working in various departments, including the Banking Center, Marketing, and Management Control. She progressed through the company, gaining comprehensive knowledge of key areas, eventually becoming the Intangible Asset Manager for the Mediolanum Group. In this role, she coordinated activities focused on developing the company's intangible assets. She also oversaw the creation of the Group's Social Report, managed Public Relations activities, and focused on improving the quality of work life. She was appointed Vice President of Banca Mediolanum in September 2021.
