Early Life
Igor Vladimirovich Rybakov was born on May 16, 1972, in Magnitogorsk, Russia. As a high school student, he began his career in the construction industry working in a student construction brigade. He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) with a degree in engineering physics in 1996.
Rise to Success
In 1992, at the age of 20 and while still a student, Rybakov co-founded Technonicol with Sergey Kolesnikov. Technonicol quickly grew to become a major player in the building materials sector. Rybakov's leadership and business acumen were instrumental in Technonicol's expansion, with the company operating in multiple countries and generating billions in revenue. In 2015, he cofounded technology company Prytek.
