Igor Rybakov was born on May 16, 1972, in Magnitogorsk, Russia. During his high school years, he gained early experience in the construction industry, working in a student construction brigade and earning a significant sum. Rise to Success
In 1992, while still a student at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), Rybakov co-founded Technonicol with his classmate Sergey Kolesnikov. Starting as a trading company, Technonicol quickly expanded into manufacturing and distribution. The company grew to become a major player in the construction materials market, with operations in multiple countries and a diverse product range. Rybakov's entrepreneurial skills and strategic vision were instrumental in Technonicol's success. He stepped back from day-to-day operations in 2015.

In 2015, Rybakov, along with his wife Ekaterina, established the Rybakov Foundation.
