Early Life and Education
Carlie Irsay-Gordon was born in Dallas, Texas, on September 29, 1980, and moved to Indianapolis at the age of three. She attended Park Tudor School, graduating in 1999. She earned a bachelor's degree in religious studies and geoscience from Skidmore College in 2005. She also began coursework towards a PhD in clinical psychology through Argosy University but did not complete her boards.
Rise to Success
Carlie began her career with the Indianapolis Colts in the ticket office, later moving to marketing and sales strategies. She has represented the team at ownership meetings since 2004. In 2008, she became a team vice-president. In March 2012, she was announced as co-owner, with her sisters, Casey Foyt and Kalen Jackson. In May 2025, following her father's death, Carlie assumed the roles of owner and CEO of the Colts.

Carlie Irsay-Gordon has taken a hands-on approach to team management, often seen on the sidelines during games with a headset, and in meetings with players and coaches. She has been involved in various NFL committees, including the Media Owned & Operated Committee and the Security and Fan Conduct Committee.
