Strunk also transformed the franchise from a three-win team to a team with six winning seasons in a row (2016-2021).
Key Business Strategies
Strunk has focused on modernizing the Titans' business operations. This included increasing the team's staff by over 150% since 2015 and investing in stadium and facility upgrades. Furthermore, she made key personnel changes, including hiring Jon Robinson as General Manager and Mike Vrabel as Head Coach. Strunk also made the decision to fire Ran Carthon, the former general manager. The structure of the Titans has been adjusted, with General Manager Mike Borgonzi now reporting directly to Strunk.
