Zong Fuli, also known as Kelly, is the only child of Zong Qinghou, founder of the Wahaha Group. She spent her teenage years in the United States, attending San Marino High School and later earning a degree in international business from Pepperdine University in Malibu.

After graduating, Zong returned to China and joined the family business in 2004. She began her career in the marketing and public relations arm of the company, rising to become vice chairman in 2021.
