Early Life and Education
Stuart Miller was born on August 8, 1957. His father, Leonard Miller, co-founded Lennar Corporation. Stuart was exposed to the world of real estate from a young age. He would often accompany his father to construction sites and real estate meetings, soaking up knowledge.
Stuart earned a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University in 1979 and a law degree from the University of Miami in 1982.
Rise to Success
After graduating from law school, Miller joined Lennar Corporation. He started working at the lawn crew when he was 12 years old. He became CEO in April 1997 and served in that role until April 2018, when he assumed his current position as Executive Chairman. Under Miller's leadership, Lennar expanded significantly, acquiring regional homebuilders and growing its operations across the United States.

Miller spearheaded several strategic acquisitions and navigated the company through the US housing crisis from 2007 to 2010.

Stuart Miller is involved in philanthropy as co-chair of the Miami Dolphins Foundation, committed to providing education, health, youth athletic programs, and volunteer activities.
