Early Life
Artur Grynbaum's professional journey began early in his childhood, assisting in his family's shop, Samuca Modas. In 1986, he joined Grupo Boticário as a financial assistant, a role he took at the invitation of Miguel Krigsner, the founder of the company and his brother-in-law. During this time, he contributed to the structuring of the franchise model and spearheaded the Redesenho project, which later became the foundation for the group's expansion.
Rise to Success
Grynbaum's career advanced steadily. In the 1990s, he became a partner in the company. In 2002, he assumed the executive vice presidency, taking command of the company's operations. Six years later, in 2008, Grynbaum was appointed CEO of Grupo Boticário. As CEO, he led over 50,000 direct and indirect employees and oversaw the creation of a diverse portfolio of brands and sales channels. During his tenure as CEO, Grupo Boticário expanded with a multi-channel, multi-brand, and multinational platform, including brands such as Eudora, Quem Disse, Berenice?, Beautybox, Vult, Multi B, Beleza na Web, and O Boticário. In 2021, Artur Grynbaum transitioned from CEO to Vice-President of the Board.
