Early Life

Born in Quzhou, Zhejiang province, Yu Zhuyun's journey began in the late 1980s when he joined the army. In the early 1990s, inspired by Deng Xiaoping's economic reforms, he sought opportunities in Shenzhen, working in sales for a technology company.

Rise to Success

Yu's career took a significant turn when he moved to Hong Kong, joining Comba Telecom. In 2003, he sold his shares after Comba's listing, gaining capital to start his own venture. In 2004, Yu founded Anhui Central Holding Group, which later evolved into Central New Energy Holding Group. Under his leadership, the group expanded into diverse sectors, including real estate, hotels, logistics, and tourism.

Key Business Strategies

Yu Zhuyun has transformed his business model from real estate development to diversified industries. The company's future strategy is to operate each sector with light assets, adhering to the principle that light assets account for 70%, while heavy assets account for 30%.

Philanthropy

Yu is also a dedicated philanthropist. He and his company have donated approximately $6.95 million to help people in need. He has consistently supported the elderly in his hometown and invested in healthcare and nursing complexes.
