Early Life
William Fung Kwok Lun was born in Hong Kong in 1949. He is the grandson of Fung Pak-liu, the co-founder of Li & Fung, and the son of Fung Hon-chu. Fung has an older brother, Victor. He received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University and later earned an MBA from Harvard Business School.
