Radovan Vitek was born in Nové Město na Moravě, Czechoslovakia, on January 22, 1971. His career began in the 1990s during Slovakia's voucher privatization.
Rise to Success
Vitek moved to the Czech Republic in 1997. In 1996, he acquired an investment fund named Boleslavsko, which was later transformed into CPI Property Group (CPIPG). CPIPG has become a leading real estate group in Central and Eastern Europe. He focused on the retail sector before the Czech Republic joined the EU in 2004 and expanded into the office segment during an economic downturn. In 2014, Vitek established CPIPG in its current format by combining CPI and GSG Group.
