P.P. Reddy was born in 1957 in Dokiparru village, Krishna district, Andhra Pradesh, India, to a farming family. He started his career with humble beginnings, motivated to build a better life for himself and his family.
Rise to Success
In 1989, Reddy founded Megha Engineering Enterprises with two employees. The company initially focused on manufacturing pipes for municipalities. The company evolved into Megha Engineering and Infrastructure Limited (MEIL) in 2006. Under Reddy's leadership, MEIL expanded into various sectors, including infrastructure, renewable energy, irrigation, power, and water supply. One of the significant projects was the construction of Telangana's largest lift irrigation project in 2019.
