Aydinlar began his professional journey as a financial advisor in 1981. His career took a pivotal turn in 1993 when he joined Acıbadem Hospital. Under his leadership, Acıbadem Hospital expanded significantly, evolving into the Acıbadem Healthcare Group in 2000. This group became the first and only Turkish medical provider listed on the Turkish stock market, marking a significant achievement in the healthcare sector. Aydinlar’s strategic vision and business acumen were instrumental in growing Acıbadem into a leading healthcare provider.
