Early Life

Jiang Rensheng was born in China in 1953. Details about his early life remain undisclosed. After graduating high school, he taught in a primary school for seven years and worked in the fields. He later graduated from Guilin Medical University.

Rise to Success

Jiang's career began at the Guanyang County Epidemic Health and Forecasting Center. He moved to Nanning, the provincial capital, and became Deputy Head of the Vaccination Unit and Head of the Biology Department. At the age of 46, Jiang entered the private sector. He became an entrepreneur by taking over a vaccine developer in Chongqing, marking the start of Zhifei Biological Product. His first success was being the sole distributor in China for the meningitis C vaccine. Later, he secured a contract with Merck for the HPV vaccine.

Key Business Strategies

Jiang founded Zhifei Biological Products Co., Ltd. in 2002. In September 2010, it was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (ChiNext), becoming the first privately-run vaccine enterprise listed on ChiNext. Zhifei is a high-tech biological enterprise integrating R&D, production, marketing, distribution, and import/export. The company's success grew through direct sales of proprietary vaccines and distribution agreements.

Philanthropy

Jiang's company has donated RMB 10 million to Hubei province for pandemic control and regularly contributes to various associations, rural schools, and university libraries.
