Zbigniew Juroszek was born in Cieszyn, Poland, on July 7, 1962. In his early career, he was involved in the clothing and textile industry, where he supplied materials to well-known Polish clothing manufacturers. His entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen led him to establish Atal in 1990, initially as a supplier to clothing manufacturers.
Rise to Success
Recognizing the potential of the real estate market, Juroszek shifted his focus to property development in the 1990s. His first commercial real estate investments were made in the second half of the 1990s. He began building residential complexes in Wrocław and expanded to other major Polish cities. Today, Atal operates in eight of Poland's largest agglomerations. In 2023, Juroszek and his family sold their 70% stake in STS to Entain CEE joint venture.

Juroszek's key business strategies include a focus on residential real estate, commercial and investment apartments. Atal S.A. has become a leading developer in terms of the number of apartments sold and revenue generated. The company's success is also attributed to its understanding of clients' needs, efficient management, and the implementation of projects meeting their expectations. Furthermore, the family has invested in the Gaming Innovation Group (GiG). In 2024, Zbigniew Juroszek was listed as the 6th richest person in Poland.
