Yasseen Mansour was born in Cairo, Egypt, in either 1961 or 1962, one of five children of Loutfy Mansour, the founder of the Mansour Group. He earned a bachelor's degree in finance from George Washington University in 1982.

In 1986, Mansour began his career at Mansour Motors Group. He later co-founded Mansour & Maghraby Investment Development (MMID), which holds a significant stake in Palm Hills Developments.
