Renuka Jagtiani, born in India, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mumbai. She began her journey with Landmark Group in 1993, after her husband, Micky Jagtiani, founded the retail empire in 1973. She has three children, Aarti, Nisha, and Rahul, who are all Group Directors at Landmark Group.
Rise to Success
Following her husband's passing in May 2023, Renuka took the helm as Chairwoman and CEO, continuing the growth of the multinational consumer conglomerate. Her strategic acumen has expanded Landmark Group's presence across the Middle East, Indian subcontinent, Southeast Asia, and Africa, overseeing over 2,200 stores in 24 countries. In 1999, she played a key role in establishing the company's business in India, which now has over 900 stores under various brand formats, including Lifestyle and Max.

She has been at the forefront of digital transformation within Landmark Group, launching omnichannel retail practices. The group's plans include introducing the VIVA brand in Saudi Arabia in 2025 and launching Babyshop in four Indian cities by the end of 2024.

Renuka Jagtiani is actively involved in philanthropy, particularly through The LIFE Trust, founded by Landmark Group in 2000. The foundation supports underprivileged children, provides quality education and contributes to community health and development programs. In 2020, The Jagtiani Foundation contributed to COVID-19 relief efforts.
