Born in 1961, Marina Budiman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Finance from the University of Toronto, which she completed in 1985. This academic foundation provided a strong base for her future ventures in the financial and technological fields.
Rise to Success
Budiman's career began in 1985 at Bank Bali as an account officer, where she got her initial exposure to the business world. Later, in 1989, she joined PT Sigma Cipta Caraka as a project manager. In 1994, she co-founded Indonet, Indonesia's first internet service provider, with Otto Sugiri. In 2011, she co-founded and became the President Commissioner of PT DCI Indonesia Tbk (DCII), a data center company. DCI Indonesia became the first Tier IV data center operator in Southeast Asia. Marina's expertise helped in the growth of the company.
