After studying at the Stockholm School of Economics, Lindh started her career as an auditor at KPMG. She later joined L E Lundbergföretagen, the family-owned investment company founded by her grandfather. She manages the property division and serves as a director. In 2016, she was appointed as the CEO of Lundbergs Fastigheter, the real estate arm of L E Lundbergföretagen. In 2024, she was intended to become the new chairman of the board of Lundbergs Fastigheter.
