Rise to Success
Minovalov's entrepreneurial journey started with a consulting firm, Alcor, which he founded. However, his pivotal career move came in 1994 when he established Avangard Bank. Over time, the bank flourished, establishing a solid reputation in the Russian finance industry. His entrepreneurial spirit was evident early on when, from 1991 to 1994, he took the helm of Alcor, a consulting firm he founded.
