Early Life
Anurang Jain, born in 1962 or 1963, is the nephew of Rahul Bajaj, the late motorcycle tycoon. He completed his master's degree in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh. In 1982, his career began with Bajaj Auto dealerships in Pune, advised by his uncle Rahul Bajaj.
Rise to Success
In 1985, Jain and his twin brother, Tarang, started Anurang Engineering Company to manufacture aluminum die-casting products. This company was later rebranded as Endurance Technologies. Endurance Technologies has become a major player in the automotive component sector, supplying parts for two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and cars in India and Europe. Endurance has 19 factories in India and 12 in Europe.

Anurang Jain is actively involved in philanthropy. He supports community welfare initiatives and educational programs. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the US India Chamber of Commerce and as Chairman-Emeritus of the North Texas Food Bank. In March 2020, he launched a COVID-19 food relief and recovery program called Get Shift Done.
