Andrea Della Valle was born on September 26, 1965, in Sant'Elpidio a Mare, Italy. His family has a rich shoemaking history, started by his grandfather, Filippo Della Valle, in the early 1900s. The family workshop laid the foundation for what would become a renowned luxury brand. Andrea completed his secondary education in 1984 before joining the family business.
Rise to Success
Andrea Della Valle began his career at Tod's Group, where he held various positions. His early training included coordinating activities aimed at penetrating the American market, where he lived for several years. He was responsible for opening the company's first flagship store in New York. He later shared responsibility with his brother, Diego Della Valle, for overseeing company operations. Together with his brother, Andrea played a key role in growing Tod's into a global luxury brand, emphasizing tradition and innovation. In 2022, he was awarded an honorary degree in Economics and Management by the University of Ancona.

Andrea, along with his brother, has been instrumental in the strategic expansion of Tod's, focusing on high-quality craftsmanship and the 'Made in Italy' essence.
