Early Life
Zheng Jianjiang was born in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, on March 1, 1961. He started his career as a mechanic. At the age of 25, Zheng acquired a debt-ridden factory which was the predecessor of AUX Group. Initially, the factory was involved in manufacturing antenna and electricity meter covers.
Rise to Success
In 1990, Zheng expanded the business to include the manufacturing of electricity meters through its subsidiary, Ningbo Sanxing Meter Factory (now known as Ningbo Sanxing Electric). His business ventures expanded, adding air conditioner manufacturing in 1994, real estate in 2000, and telecommunications in 2002.
Key Business Strategies
Zheng co-founded Ningbo Sanxing Medical Electric in 2007 and took it public in Shanghai in 2011. Ningbo Sanxing supplies power distribution equipment such as smart meters and transformers. He currently serves as the chairman of AUX Group, a conglomerate.
