Yeung Kin-man was born in Hong Kong. He began his career by manufacturing watch glass in 1986.

Rise to Success

In 1987, Yeung co-founded Biel Crystal Manufactory with his wife, Lam Wai-ying. Recognizing the rising demand in the tech industry, he shifted the company's focus to manufacturing glass covers for smartphones. This strategic move proved to be a game-changer, making Biel Crystal a major supplier for tech giants like Apple and Samsung. By 2003, Biel Crystal began supplying glass covers for Motorola's Razr phone and later became a key supplier for Apple's iPhone. The company expanded rapidly, employing over 100,000 people in factories located in Shenzhen and Huizhou.

His contributions include substantial donations to City University of Hong Kong and establishing the Yeung Kin Man Endowed Professorship in Business Administration at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
