Yeung Kin-man was born in Hong Kong. He began his career by manufacturing watch glass in 1986.

In 1987, Yeung co-founded Biel Crystal Manufactory with his wife, Lam Wai-ying. Recognizing the rising demand in the tech industry, he shifted the company's focus to manufacturing glass covers for smartphones. This strategic move proved to be a game-changer, making Biel Crystal a major supplier for tech giants like Apple and Samsung. By 2003, Biel Crystal began supplying glass covers for Motorola's Razr phone and later became a key supplier for Apple's iPhone. The company expanded rapidly, employing over 100,000 people in factories located in Shenzhen and Huizhou.
