Rise to Success
Wang Zhenhua's career began outside the real estate industry. From 1983 to 1988, he worked as a workshop chief at a textile firm. He later became the general manager of a textile company in Changzhou until 1993. In 1993, he transitioned to real estate, a move that would define his career.
He then directed Future Land Development Holdings, which later became Seazen Group, to become a well-known national-level developer after securing its first project in Jiading, Shanghai. Under Wang’s leadership, Future Land listed a subsidiary on the mainland’s hard-currency B-share market in 2001 and launched an initial public offering in Hong Kong in late 2012.
