Rise to Success
Franzén began his career at Morgan Stanley, where he worked in M&A, Leveraged Finance, and Nordic Banking in London and Stockholm. He joined EQT in 2007 in Stockholm, where he has held key roles, including Head of Private Capital Europe and North America and Deputy Managing Partner. In February 2025, Franzén was appointed CEO and Managing Partner of EQT, succeeding Christian Sinding.
