Munot's experience in the real estate and construction sector spans over 45 years. He secured lucrative construction contracts in the Middle East during the 1970s, including building the palace of the ruler of Sharjah. The Kalpataru Group, under his leadership, developed landmark residential and commercial projects across multiple cities. Kalpataru Limited, the real estate cornerstone of the Kalpataru Group, has delivered over 120 projects across Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and beyond. His son, Parag Munot, now manages the day-to-day operations of Kalpataru.
