After completing his university education, Luo founded the Cixi Shenyi Handicraft Factory, focusing on straw hat manufacturing. In the 1990s, he expanded his business ventures, establishing companies such as Cixi Tianyi Investment and Hangzhou Jimei Real Estate. A pivotal moment in his career was his investment in silicon materials production in the late 1990s, recognizing the potential of this sector.
Key Business Strategies
Luo's strategic foresight led him to chair Hoshine Silicon Industry, a significant player in the electronics, photovoltaic, and chemical products industries. Hoshine went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2017. Under his leadership, the company has become a cornerstone of China's silicon industry, contributing to sectors ranging from solar energy to electronics.
