Early Life
Christopher Kwok is the younger son of Raymond Kwok, the chairman of Sun Hung Kai Properties, a major real estate developer in Hong Kong. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Harvard University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Rise to Success
Kwok joined Sun Hung Kai Properties and its subsidiaries in 2011. Since April 2016, he has served as an executive director of Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of SHKP and a director of certain subsidiaries of SHKP. He is primarily responsible for the leasing of residential, retail and commercial properties of the Group in Hong Kong and on the mainland and assumes the overall responsibilities for the property business in Northern China. He has been appointed as a non-executive director of Transport International Holdings Limited with effect from 15 June 2023.
Key Business Strategies
As an executive director, Christopher Kwok focuses on sales, project management, and the leasing of major projects. He also assists the Chairman of SHKP in all other non-property businesses of the Group.
Philanthropy
Christopher Kwok has promoted the joy of reading among young people through Sun Hung Kai Properties' SHKP Reading Club, sponsoring students to visit the Hong Kong Book Fair. He is also a vice-chairman of Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation.
