Early Life
Anton Vincent Fredrik Palfi Osika was born on August 10, 1990, in Sweden. From a young age, he was fascinated by how things worked, which led him to dismantle gadgets and develop an early interest in technology. Inspired by films like "The Matrix," he began coding at 12, teaching himself from books and creating computer games.
Rise to Success
Osika's formal education includes a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. He started his career in the AI field, building recommendation systems and working with CERN. He was the first employee and engineer at Sana Labs, an AI startup, which gave him valuable insights into scaling AI systems. In 2020, he co-founded Depict.ai, an AI-led visual merchandising platform, which was accepted into Y Combinator and raised $20 million in funding. In late 2023, Osika launched Lovable, an AI software platform to democratize software creation, which rapidly became the fastest-growing software startup in history. In December 2025, Lovable was valued at $6.6 billion.
Key Business Strategies
Osika's approach includes leveraging AI to enable anyone to create software through "vibe coding", which uses natural language instructions to generate apps and websites. Lovable achieved $100 million in annualized subscription revenue in just eight months after its launch.
