Early Life and Education

Adam Kwok was born in St. Louis and raised in San Francisco. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Kwok's educational background provided him with a strong foundation in both engineering and business, which would prove beneficial in his career.

Rise to Success

Before joining Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP), Adam Kwok worked in an international investment bank, gaining substantial experience in corporate finance. He joined SHKP in November 2008 and has since been an Executive Director since December 2014. In his role, he is responsible for the planning, development, and management of residential and commercial projects in Hong Kong and mainland China. He also assumed overall responsibility for the property business in Southern China since April 2013.
