Early Life
Adam Kwok, born in 1983, is the son of Thomas Kwok, the second-oldest son of Kwok Tak-seng, the co-founder of Sun Hung Kai Properties. He has a strong educational background, graduating from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and later earning a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Rise to Success
Adam Kwok's career took off when he joined Sun Hung Kai Properties in November 2008, after working in an international investment bank. He became an Executive Director in December 2014. He is currently responsible for the planning, development, and management of residential and commercial projects of the Group in Hong Kong and on the mainland. Since April 2013, he has taken up the overall responsibilities for the property business in Southern China.
