Early Life and Education
Sean Parker was born on December 3, 1979, in Herndon, Virginia. His father, Bruce Parker, was a government oceanographer, and his mother, Diane Parker, was a TV advertising broker. Parker developed an early interest in programming, learning from his father at age seven. He attended Oakton High School and Chantilly High School, where he excelled in computer science.
