Early Life and Education
Paul C. Saville was born in 1956. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from the College of William and Mary in 1977 and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
Rise to Success
Saville began his career in the homebuilding industry in 1981 when he joined Ryan Homes, which later became a subsidiary of NVR. He held various financial positions within the company. In 2005, he was appointed President and CEO of NVR, Inc. He oversaw the company's growth and success, leading NVR to become one of the largest homebuilding companies in the United States. In 2022, he transitioned to Executive Chairman of NVR's board.
