Paul C. Saville was born in 1956. Details about his early life and childhood are not widely publicized. Saville pursued higher education at The College of William & Mary, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration (BBA) in 1977. Rise to Success
After earning his MBA, Saville began his career in the automotive operations at Rockwell International. In 1989, he joined Ryan Homes, the company that would later become a subsidiary of NVR, Inc. He held various financial positions within Ryan Homes. His background in finance, strategic planning, and operational oversight paved the way for his promotion to Vice President of Business Planning, then Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and eventually, effectively, Chief Operating Officer. Saville advanced within the company, and in 2005, he was appointed President and CEO of NVR, Inc.. He became Executive Chairman of NVR's board in 2022.
