Mark Hancock was born in 1975 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Brigham Young University. Before PACS Group, he gained experience in various roles, including an analyst at Ford, a director at a steel company, and treasurer of a financial services firm.
Rise to Success
In 2013, Mark Hancock co-founded PACS Group with Jason Murray. The company began with two skilled nursing facilities and expanded to 315 facilities across 17 states in the U.S.. PACS Group went public on the New York Stock Exchange in 2024. Before the IPO, Hancock and Murray each owned 50% of PACS Group; Hancock currently owns nearly 35% of the company's shares. He was named a 2023 Mountain West Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young.
