Henry Davis is a third-generation beef supplier who inherited Greater Omaha Packing in 1987. His grandfather started the business in 1920, and Davis grew up within the industry, learning the intricacies of beef processing from a young age. He graduated from the University of Denver with a degree in business and a minor in computer science. He joined the family business full-time in 1973.
