Georgi Domuschiev was born on June 29, 1971, in Sofia, Bulgaria. He showed an early aptitude for leadership and innovation, graduating with a degree in Industrial Management from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia.

Domuschiev is best known as the co-owner, alongside his brother Kiril Domuschiev, of the investment conglomerate Advance Properties. Through Advance Properties, Georgi manages a diverse portfolio of investments across various industries, including animal health, pharmaceuticals, shipping, port management, real estate, football, insurance, and automotive. A key achievement is the expansion of Huvepharma, a global animal health company with factories in multiple countries. Domuschiev also spearheaded the modernization of Navibulgar, Bulgaria's largest shipping company.
