Early Life
Danna Azrieli Hakim was born in Montreal, Canada, on June 3, 1967. She is the youngest daughter of Stephanie Lefcort Azrieli and David Azrieli, a prominent real estate developer. She attended Herzliah High School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Anthropology from Swarthmore College (1990) and a Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School (1993). She immigrated to Israel in 2000.
Rise to Success
Danna Azrieli joined the Azrieli Group in 2002 after immigrating to Israel. Before becoming Chairwoman, she worked in the family's real estate business arm in the United States, Canpro Investment Ltd. She served as deputy Chairwoman of the Azrieli Group from 2010 and was appointed Chairwoman in 2014 following her father's death. During her tenure, the company increased its market capitalization significantly.

As Chairwoman of the Azrieli Group, Danna Azrieli has focused on developing and managing shopping malls and office buildings in Israel and the U.S..
