Rise to Success

Menon's entrepreneurial journey began in Oman in 1976 with an interior decoration business. Through hard work and a focus on quality, his business thrived, eventually leading to projects for royal palaces and mosques in the Middle East. The turning point in his career came when he recognized the potential in the real estate sector, leading to the founding of Sobha Developers in Bangalore, India, in 1995. Sobha has grown to become a leading real estate company.

Menon is committed to philanthropy, establishing the Sri Kurumba Educational & Charitable Trust in 1994. He has pledged a significant portion of his wealth to address challenges in education, healthcare, hunger, and sanitation. In 2024, he pledged $122 million for the Sabarmati riverfront development.
