Xue's decision to pivot the company's focus from traditional manufacturing to cutting-edge technology marked the beginning of an era of unprecedented growth and innovation for Zhongtian Technology. The crowning achievement of Xue's vision came on October 24, 2002, when ZTT Group went public at the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
