Ramzi Musallam was born in 1968 in Amman, Jordan. His family moved frequently during his childhood, living in emerging markets such as Saudi Arabia and Tanzania. This diverse cultural exposure instilled in him a sense of resilience and adaptability.

Rise to Success

Musallam began his career on Wall Street as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan in 1990. Two years later, he transitioned to private equity at Berkshire Partners. Later, he earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and worked at Jay Pritzker's family office. Musallam joined Veritas Capital in 1997 and became CEO in 2012, after the death of the firm's founder Robert McKeon. Under his leadership, Veritas Capital has grown substantially.
