Oleg Misrevra

Early Life

Oleg Misrevra was born on September 19, 1967, in Kyiv. From 1984 to 1993, he served in the Internal Troops of the USSR and Russia. His early experiences shaped his leadership and discipline, which would later prove valuable in his business ventures.

In the early 2000s, Misrevra became a top manager and a minority partner of the MDM Group, founded by Andrey Melnichenko and Sergey Popov. In 2002, he was elected as the president of SUEK, the largest Russian thermal coal producer. In 2004, he left SUEK and acquired the company's assets on Sakhalin Island.
