Early Life
Irfan Razack was born in Bangalore, India, on October 30, 1953, to Razack Sattar, who founded Prestige House for Men, a clothing store. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bangalore University. Razack joined the family business in 1986, initially in textiles.
Rise to Success
In 1986, Irfan, along with his brothers, Rezwan and Noaman Razack, co-founded Prestige Estates Projects Ltd. Under his leadership, the company expanded from residential housing to commercial, retail, hospitality, and integrated township projects across major cities. Prestige Estates went public in 2010 and has completed numerous projects across South India, including landmark developments in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, and Mumbai. The company has been noted for its focus on quality, timely delivery, and design excellence. His visionary approach has been instrumental in identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities within the real estate industry, making Prestige Estates a leading developer in India.
